MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS
General Membership (non-racing):	$ 35.00
UCI/CCA (Multi-discipline Road/MTB) Licence Under 17:	$ 55.00
KIDS OF MUD Membership Fee includes UCI/CCA Licence Under 17:	$115.00
UCI/CCA (Multi-discipline Road/MTB) Licence 17 +	$100.00
BMX / DH (only with a UCI/CCA Licence)	$  5.00 ea
MCA Citizen License	$ 40.00

KIDS of MUD:
 if you wish to participate in the Kids of Mud Program you must select a club from the list provided in the drop down box on the ENTRY FORM.  Failure to select a club will result in your application being rejected.  Simply click on the drop down box and select the club. 

Technical Licences
If you need to apply for a Technical Llicence You must hold a current GENERAL MEMBERSHIP.  If you have a CCA /U C I Racing License then you already carry a current GENERAL MEMBERSHIP.  However if you do not have a current Racing Licence you need to purchase a General Membership at a cost of $35. 

MCA Citizen License
Use in MCA Sanctioned races, must race in lowest category, does not qualify for Cup points, cannot race in Provincial Championships, is not recognized outside of Manitoba and cannot have held a previous UCI/USCF license or MCA Citizen License.

Important!
All members MUST Read and check off the I Accept Box at the bottom of the registration page.  Failure to check off the I Accept Box will result in your application for membership being rejected. All Riders will be asked to sign a waiver at each race

2010 Club Membership Application

Level of Membership:  “A” “B” or “C”

LEVEL “A” CLUB MEMBERSHIP:     $ 100.00 

• Club Insurance for any event using only Manitoba Cycling Association Licensed Riders
• Access to Bingo Events - The Club must host a minimum of 3 events open to all Manitoba Cycling Association Licensed Members.
• Website recognition on the Manitoba Cycling Association website with a link to your own website.
• Spot on Mountain Bike and Road Committees
• Access to meeting room facilities at Sport for Life Centre.

LEVEL “B” CLUB MEMBERSHIP:     $   50.00

• Club Insurance for any event using only Manitoba Cycling Association Licensed Riders
• Website recognition on the Manitoba Cycling Association website with a link to your own website.
• Spot on Mountain Bike and Road Committees 
• Access to meeting room facilities at Sport for Life Centre.

LEVEL “C” CLUB MEMBERSHIP:    $  25.00

• Club Insurance for all MCA sanctioned rides and events (all participants must have a MCA General Membership ($35) or UCI/CCA racing license ($100)
• Access to meeting rooms at Sport for Life Centre.
• Access to Sport for Life services such as printing.

Insurance Fee:  included with each Member's racing licence. 
                              Any club whose members are non-racing require a General Membership 
                             ($ 35.00 per non-racing member)
