2017/2018 Registration

Halifax Hurricanes Ringette Registration

2017/2018

Fees if registered before August 31, 2017 (after Aug 31 +$25.00)

Under 9 (U9): $410.00 - Developmental practice Ice time is two hours per week; No late registration fee will apply.

Under 10 (U10): $585.00 - One game and one practice per week.

Under 12 (U12): $585.00 - One game and one practice per week.

Under 14 (U14): $585.00 - One game and one practice per week.

Under 16 (U16): $585.00 - One game and one practice per week.

Under 19 (U19): $410.00 – U19 will have weekly games, and a bi-weekly practice

Open (18+): $335.00 for players / $310.00 for goalies.

Dedicated Goalies: for levels U10 to U19, the annual fee is $360.00 (non-competitive-development levels U10, U12, U14C, U16C, U19 only)

Competitive Levels:

U14AA and U16A: $1,100.00 - One game and a minimum of two practices per week. No reduction for goalies.  $585 base registration plus $515 competitive fee.

Competitive Development Levels:

U14B and U16B: $1000.00 - One game and a minimum of two practices per week. No reduction for goalies.  $585 base registration plus $415 competitive fee.

NEW TRY OUT PROCEDURE COMPETITIVE TEAMS ONLY

If your player would like to try out for HHRA's top level team for U14AA and U16AA/A the try outs will be held on April 29, May 6 and May 13, 2017.  The player must be registered in Karelo before April 25, 2017 only if they are trying out.

It is not necessary to attend the spring try-out for those players not wanting to play competitive ringette (U14AA or U16AA/U16A). 

Family Discount:

Two players: $50

Three players: $100

(To have the family discount applied to your fees, you must register any additional children at the same time during registration using the Add Person button at the bottom of the page)

New Player Discount: $50.00   Use Promo Code : NEWPLAYER

New Player - someone registering in any division who has never registered for ringette before.

Please note:  The receipt from Karelo is your official income tax receipt, so please keep it for your records.  

Payments:

Visa, MasterCard and On-line Debit accepted.

Cheque Payments:

If paying by cheque you may pay in six post dated cheque installments: April 1st, May 1st, June 1st, July 1st, August 1st, September 1st. Please make cheques payable to HHRA.

(Please include your child’s name and division on the cheque)

Returned Cheques:  There will be a $25 admin fee for any NSF cheques.

E-Transfers

If you would like to pay monthly thru e-transfer, please select cheque as the payment type in Karelo. Please send e-transfer payments to treasurer(at)hhringette.ca on the same schedule as cheque payments above.  (Please include your child’s name and division in the message).

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE for those paying by cheques and e-transfer.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your cheques or e-transfers are received by the Treasurer at one of the addresses above (mail or email).

If no payments are received by September your registration will be considered incomplete and you will not be able to participate in the upcoming season (including Fall tryouts/team balancing).
