Also, participants will receive a copy of The Golden Book a treasured collection of the principles from Dale Carnegie's books.
About the Presenter
Victor Bernardo has over 25 years of experience in Supply Chain and Operations Management with a professional designation in the field (C.S.C.M.P.) since 1999. His leadership experience taught him the value of building rapport with people early on to gain willing cooperation as well as the ability to positively change attitudes and behaviours.
Victor’s leadership journey created a passion that inspired him to take on a new career path as a Dale Carnegie Performance Consultant. Part of his responsibilities as a Performance Consultant is coaching the world-renown Dale Carnegie Course (also offered in Kitchener-Waterloo). Past participants have said that the Dale Carnegie Course was the most powerful training experience they’ve ever had.
Victor is a current member of Supply Chain Management of Ontario (SCMAO), Past President of Purchasing Management Association of Canada – Central Ontario District, and Past Vice-Chair of Conestoga College – Supply Chain and Operations Management Program Advisory Committee.
