Prices include HST. No refunds or rainchecks will be provided under any circumstances. Sponsorship packages are available to CSC members only. Sponsorship packages are valid from January 1, 2019 thru December 31, 2019. Registrant or point of contact is responsible for signing up for each activity and providing names of attendee(s). Failure to register will result in entrance being denied or an administrative fee being charged. Registrant or point of contact must forward logo in digital, high resolution jpeg format when signing up. Changing logo once submitted will result in administrative fee being charged. Luncheon meeting sponsorship dates are available strictly on a first come, first serve basis. Luncheon meeting promotion in email blast will only occur in the same month as the luncheon sponsorship. Social media policy: sponsor name and/or logo will be presented on twitter, minimum once throughout the year. Administrative fee for 2019 year is $20.00 (excl. HST) per occurrence.
