Refund Policy:
  • Cancellations received fewer than five business days prior to the registered start date will be subject to a $150 administration fee.
  • Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full fee and are non-refundable.
  • Qualified substitutions may be permitted at the discretion of Health and Safety Management College.
  • Health and Safety Management College reserves the right to cancel, amend, or reschedule courses when necessary.
Test Retake Policy:
  • To achieve a passing grade, you must score 80% or higher.
  • If you score 79% or lower the following process applies:
    • First attempt: You must wait a minimum of one (1) month before retaking the test.
    • Second attempt: You must submit a completed CFAA Fire Alarm Trainee Log Book at the end of a minimum of one (1) year waiting period before you retake it.
  • Each subsequent attempt will incur the full test fee.
