Bonus this week for those of you who are rushing home from work.  Come early to Polyrhythm and grab a hotdog before the ride.  At km 7.3 we will ride by Sunbake Pita. They make incredibly good 'pita sandwiches' and 'pita pizzas'.  You can stop here on another ride.

This will be a 20km no-drop social ride within the city and with relatively little elevation gain and drop.  All types of human powered bikes and e-assist bikes are welcome. No e-bikes with throttles please.

We are going to start and stop at yet another great hydration point.  We will mostly be on dedicated bike paths and bicycle lanes, but there will be a few city streets that we will have to ride on so your city riding skills will be needed in a few locations.

Please arrive early so we are ready to go at the start time of 6:30 pm.

We will have an interim Ride Leader, Scott Keast this week.

At the end of this ride for those who want to stay we will socialize at the starting point.

Where: We will meet at Polyrhythm Brewery at 11635-145 street.  Enter from 116th ave and go north on 145 street.  There is lots of parking for cars and bikes.
