Dates:

January 12-14, February 16-18, March 10-11, March 24-25, 2018
In addition to the 9 days of in-class instruction, please expect to plan time for independent, at-home, online components of this course

ATTENDANCE FOR ALL CLASS TIME ON ALL WEEKENDS IS MANDATORY. IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND THIS COURSE IN ITS ENTIRETY YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO REGISTER & CANNOT BE GIVEN CREDIT FOR THE COURSE.
 

Times:

Fridays: 5:00-9:00pm
Saturdays and Sundays 8:30-4:30.  
 

Cost:

Ortho Div $1350 + GST

CPA $1550 + GST

Non-CPA $1700 + GST

Cancellations/ Refunds:

A $250 cancellation fee applies if you cancel your registration less than one month before the start of the course. Registration will be refunded in full if the course is cancelled by the participant prior to this date, less a $25.00 admin fee
 

 

** Proof of completion of Level 2 Upper & Lower (or Level 3 Lower) is required to begin the course. Please be able to produce the certificates upon request, but you do not need to bring to the start of class.

** A clinical course manual for the Level course you are attending will be given to you at the start of the course.   Theory manuals should be purchased separately during registration if needed.
