These Friday social rides have regular group up points (no drop).  Bring water for the ride and $s for Tim Horton's in Spruce Grove.  Expect ups and downs on this ride.

Location: Meet at the Villeneuve Community Hall (park along the street).

Description: We'll ride over to Muir Lake for a quick stop, then go south on RR280 down to the township road along (north of) Hwy 16, which we will follow eastward to the Spruce Grove interchange and Tim Hortons for a break.   Our return will be more direct but with some up until we ride back down into Villeneuve.
