If you need to apply for a Technical Llicence You must hold a current GENERAL MEMBERSHIP. If you have a CCA /U C I Racing License then you already carry a current GENERAL MEMBERSHIP. However if you do not have a current Racing Licence you need to purchase a General Membership at a cost of $35 ..
