<span 42)"="" 42,="">ATTENDANCE FOR ALL CLASS TIME ON ALL WEEKENDS IS MANDATORY. IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND THIS COURSE IN ITS ENTIRETY YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO REGISTER & CANNOT BE GIVEN CREDIT FOR THE COURSE.
 

Times:

Fridays: 5:00pm-9:00pm OR 2:00-8:00pm.

Saturdays and Sundays 8:30-4:30.

Cost:

Ortho Div $1350 + GST

CPA $1550 + GST

Non-CPA $1700 + GST

Cancellations/ Refunds:

A $250 cancellation fee applies if you cancel your registration less than one month before the start of the course. Registration will be refunded in full if the course is cancelled by the participant prior to this date, less a $25.00 admin fee
 

** Proof of completion of Level 1 is required to begin the course. Please be able to produce the certificate upon request, but you do not need to bring to the start of class.

** A clinical course manual for the Level course you are attending will be given to you at the start of the course.  Theory manuals should be purchased separately during registration if needed (if you don't already have them from a previous course) and will also be distributed on the first day of the course. 

New Manuals:  there will be required text books along with the NEW e-manuals.  You can start looking to purchase the following texts to compliment:

  1. Moore’s Clinically Oriented Anatomy 8th edition – Keith Moore, Arthur Dailey, Anne Agur. Wolters Kluwer/Lippincott Williams and Wilkins 2014.
  2. Grieve’s Modern Manual Therapy 4th Edition – Gwen Jull, Ann Moore, Deborah Falla, Jeremy Lewis, Christopher McCarthy, Michele Stirling. Elsevier 2015. 
  3. Differential Diagnosis for Physical Therapists 5th edition – Catherine Goodman, Teresa Snyder, Elsevier 2013.
