REGISTRATION: Registration will commence at least one hour prior to the first scheduled event of each day. The registration desk will remain open for the duration of each day’s events and, where possible, competitors are encouraged to register a minimum of two hours prior to their first event.
NOTE: Scheduling times may fluctuate and competitors should be aware that events COULD BEGIN UP TO ONE-HALF HOUR BEFORE those posted on the official bulletin board. A schedule of events will be provided to participants as soon as it is available.

MUSIC REGISTRATION: Music will not be accepted unless it complies with this announcement.
Music must be turned in at least one hour prior to the start of the event
Upon Registration, each entry must provide 2 CD's; one for competition marked “Master” and one for backup marked “Copy”.
ICE SURFACES: 85’ x 200’ in the North Arena 84’ x 185’ in the South Arena
All competitive, dance and pair events will be held in the North Arena
PRACTICE ICE: NO OFFICIAL ICE
EVENT MARKING: All events will be CLOSED marking (as per Skate Canada Regulation Change 9, April 2003, only the final result will be posted). For all Competitive events and StarSkate events Junior Bronze and higher, the CPC marking system will be used. For all Pre-Preliminary and Preliminary events the OBO marking system will be used.
ADMISSION: Admission will be free to all
