Do you know:
- how to spot a phishing attack?
- if your anti-virus program is protecting you?
- how password managers and two-step verification help protect you?
If not, your data and computer system could be vulnerable to attacks. With personal data collection at an all-time high through platforms like Facebook, Google and Apple, it’s time to take the appropriate steps to protect your private information.
PIC’s next professional development event will be a fast-paced, engaging event where you’ll learn some easy cyber security tips from digital forensics expert Ryan Duquette of Hexigent Consulting. Ryan will show you how to manage risks and protect what matters most to you professionally — your business and your clients.
About our speaker: Ryan Duquette is a former police constable and digital forensics investigator. He is the founder and managing partner of Hexigent Consulting, a boutique digital forensics firm, and teaches digital forensics at the University of Toronto. Ryan holds a master’s degree in digital forensics management, is a licensed private investigator and holds numerous certifications in digital forensics and fraud.
