The Board of Directors and administrative staff/volunteers will make all reasonable efforts to protect digital copies of the membership database, and not distribute or supply same to outside individuals or organizations.
Board of Directors names and contact information are supplied on paper or digitally to the Agricultural Societies Program, Alberta Agriculture and Forestry; to the Alberta Association of Agricultural Societies; and to Canada Revenue Agency.
Contact Policy:
Members will be contacted from time to time by Beaumont & District Agricultural Society (BADAS) Board of Directors and administrative staff/volunteers to inform them regarding BADAS matters, such as upcoming events and activities. Contact will usually be made by group email through Karelo.com, or from a group email list saved after the Karelo.com Membership Registration form closes.
