If you are processing a credit card payment, you agree to the following:
  • You will provide the participant's correct email address or print and mail a copy of the confirmation to him/her
  • If the credit card holder reverses the charge ('chargeback'), Karelo will assess a chargeback fee of $25 (payable by you / your organization)
It is important that the participant knows that Karelo.com will be used to process the registration, as 'Karelo.com, Vancouver' will appear on his/her credit card.
Karelo.com reserves the right to review and reverse any transaction if incomplete information has been provided.

Politique sur le remboursement:
  • A $150 administration fee will be charged for cancellations received less than 5 business days prior to the start date.
  • 'No shows' will be charged the full fee. Qualified substitutions are at the discretion of Health and Safety Management College.
  • Health and Safety Management College reserves the right to cancel, amend, or reschedule classes when necessary.
Test Retake Policy:
  • To achieve a passing grade, you must score 80% or higher.
  • If you score 79% or lower the following process applies:
    • First attempt: You must wait a minimum of one (1) month before retaking the test.
    • Second attempt: You must submit a completed CFAA Fire Alarm Trainee Log Book at the end of a minimum of one (1) year waiting period before you retake it.
  • Each subsequent attempt will incur the full test fee.
