The Ultime Stamina Builder Series is part of a training program for experienced cyclists looking at increasing their endurance with the goal to ride 100k by mid-July. These rides increase in distance and pace every week so cyclists must also ride during the week to keep up. Our ride this week is in the West End of Edmonton (20108 Lessard Rd NW, Edm) where we will ride for 80k@ 22kph minimum average pace. Riders may go at their own pace as RWGPS will guide you home. No sweep!
RWGPS is required for these rides.You will be asked to leave if you can not navigate your own ride. No paper maps are provided and registration is required.
