This 11 week Tuesday morning riding program is meant to increase a cyclist’s strength required for hill climbing and riding with head winds, as well as exploring Edmonton coffee shops.
Meet Phil at the Square 1 Café, 119st and 40 Ave. or near the cafe. This 27k and 312m elevation ride will have you cycling from Westbrook to Wedgewood and back. Yes the Wedgewood ravine is part of the ride!
