Graffiti Removal Technology & Anti-Graffiti Coatings
Wow! 2025 keeps rolling. Our Chapter continues to work hard on presentation topics that are trending right now in the construction industry. The turn out to our dinners has been very impressive this term. The networking time is a great chance to talk to your peers and learn a bit from our tabletop sponsors.
Presentation Summary:
By the end of this course, design professional will be able to:
- Discuss graffiti, including general definitions and types, as well as the financial and emotional damage it can cause to building owners and users.
- Categorize graffiti removal techniques into mechanical, abrasive, and chemical along with discussing common challenges to graffiti removal.
- Evaluate anti-graffiti coatings on their performance, sustainability, and safety for installers, occupants, and the environment.
- Apply knowledge when choosing and specifying graffiti removal techniques to ensure they fit the projects needs, especially in order to protect community.
This course qualifies for 1 AIA HSW CE Hour and 1 IDCEC HSW CEU.
