Please note: The curriculum for this program will be the same as in previous semesters of Codemakers 101, thus we kindly request that if your child has already participated in this program that you do not register them this term unless there are still spaces available closer to the start date. We are reserving spaces for students from past wait lists, to ensure that those who have not had a chance to participate can do so. We appreciate your understanding.

Can you dream it? Then you can program it!

In Codemakers 101, students will be given the tools to make their own movies, video games and robots!

Participants will use the online programming language Scratch and state-of-the-art Lego Mindstorms EV3 robots:

Scratch is fun and visual online programming language that allows students to easily create video games or movies and provides a nice introduction to the big, exciting world of programming!

EV3 Mindstorm robots are made of a toy that we're all familiar with, LEGO! It allows students to not only build their own robot, but make it come to life by programming it themselves with Lego's EV3 software.
