knowledgeable owner of Marquuis Wine Cellars on
Davie St., and long a friend of YOUR Les Chevaliers.

With their combined knowledge of wines, vintages 
and growing conditions, Sid and John will provide
you with lots of background information 
about these special wines.

This will increase your knowledge, 
helping to understand why
some of these wines
 develop the way
they do.

Chevaliers would also like to give a big thanks to Doug  Eakins, who
provided the 1989 and 2009 bottles, at more than the original cost,
but at a significant discount to the current rerplacement value.
That made this tremendouos tasting possible.

This is
