Part of the reason to have this tasting at Alliance Française is to
test it out as a potential venue for Les Chevaliers tastings,
and for everyone to see it and have an opinion.
This venue has a lot to recommend it, as listed in your email
on Canada Day, much better light, sight lines, no tripping
hazards, temperature control, ground level,
disabled access, etc. and at a lower cost.

This will be a reception style tasting, that will also have a selection
of French, (of course), cheeses and Charcuterie to nibble on.

Join Les Chevaliers as we clean up some of the
very good French wines we have in our Cellar.

After having many tastings and dinners we always end up with odd
numbers of bottles of wine, not enough for a full scale tasting and
definitely not enough for one of our dinners.

This is to your good fortune.
Many, if not all of these wines, are not readily available, and have
already been ageing in our climate controlled wine cellar.
There are many very good wines, but there may be
only one bottle each of many of them. We need to
turn them into cash so we can buy
more wine for other events.
There isn't much doubt you will find something at this event that
you wished you had in your cellar, and this may be your
last chance to taste it. You may even
find that special one you remember from a tasting.
