The Stamina Builder Enduro series is a training program for very experienced cyclists looking at increasing their endurance to complete 160k. These Sunday morning rides enable member riders to progressively build stamina to prepare for long challenging rides. The rides have various starting points in and around Edmonton. Bring your well-maintained road bike and cell phone for enjoyable tours on good roads with some rolling hills. Use Ride With GPS on your phone, or download the route on your GPS device.
