Meet at the small Whitemud Park Parking Lot on Rainbow Valley Road before you drive under the Whitemud Freeway to Snow Valley for a 7:00 p.m. start. Rucking involves walking hills and/or stairs (best with some weight in a backpack) to build strength and enjoy your cycling even more. We will walk on paved and/or dirt trails but will not do any scrambling.

From this parking lot, we have many rucking choices. We'll explore different areas than we did on last week's session for for approx.1.5 hours. Based on group interest, we can end the evening at a coffee shop.

Bring water and please wear appropriate footwear for walking on paved or dirt trails. Also, please check your emails before you leave home for a Karelo email in case the walk has to be cancelled for inclement weather.
