Meet at the Tim Hortons on Century Road (10 Westwind Drive) south of Hwy 16 in Spruce Grove at 9:45 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. start.

Our 44 km loop will take us uphill to the scenic Muir Lake Recreation area for a break (outhouses but no drinking water), and then back downhill to Tim Hortons. Expect a mix of flat and hilly terrain. Bring sufficient hydration, a snack and $'s for the post-ride coffee or lunch at Tim Hortons.

This is a social no-drop ride where we meet up at corners.  Pedal-assist e-bikes are welcome. Always check for a Karelo cancellation email before you leave home in case weather conditions, including wildfire smoke, required cancelling the ride.
