Meet at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 24 at the West River's Edge Pavilion (has toilets) in Fort Saskatchewan.  The Pavilion is accessed via River Valley Drive, off Westpark Drive by following the signs to the boat launch.  See map. 

We'll walk unpaved and paved trails for 2ish hours and then go for coffee/lunch locally (Freson Bros. is only a 4 minute drive away on Westpark Drive).   Wear shoes good for walking/hiking and bring water and, if you wish, a snack and hiking poles.  

Also, please watch your email on Thurs. eve and early Fri. morning in case the walk is cancelled due to inclement weather.
