We will increase our distance at a recreational rate to complete the 100 km Tour de l'Alberta on July 13. After that we will continue to maintain our distances for other longer events. Routes will vary around the Edmonton area to keep the scenery interesting.

We will move at a pace sufficient to complete the distance in a reasonable time, increasing the pace as we increase the distance, but we are not racers; we're still recreational riders. We will regroup periodically for short breaks, as recommended by our coach.

Riders must be able to self-navigate with the route maps (RWGPS).

After the ride, stick around and enjoy coffee with like-minded friends.

This week we increase the distance a bit to 29 km.
