Meet at the Villeneuve Recreation Centre for a 67 km ride to Onoway. Please park on the road, not in the recreation centre parking lot. We will have lunch at the Burger Baron in Onoway. We will take a different route back through Calahoo which has fewer hills but which is longer.

This is a challenging ride with lots of hills.

Longer option - 73 km. For those who would like to ride a little harder, we will take a detour to Muir Lake on the way out, including a little stretch of road we've never tried before. We'll plan to get to Onoway about the same time as the main group.

The ride will be split into 2 groups, a social ride and a fitness ride. The fitness group will ride the longer route at the discretion of the group leader.

Both rides are no drop ride with coffee and socializing during the stop in Onoway.

Pedal assist e-bikes are permitted, but no throttle e-bikes as per club policy.
