We will do longer distance social rides with stops to chat/regroup at predetermined locations. Longer routes will have consideration for midpoint snack break, either roadside or a designated rest area (i.e. Tim Hortons). Although these are not training rides, we will move along at a moderate pace sufficient to cover the distances.

 We are up to 52 km this week with 350 m of climbing from Villeneuve with a break in Spruce Grove and then return.  

Guests are welcome with a signed waiver. Please email the leader beforehand, if you require any further information.

Please arrive with your mechanically sound bike 15 minutes prior to ride start for an opportunity to meet and greet, participate in the ride briefing, and ask any questions you may have. Please note: These rides are designated as no drop rides, but it is expected that riders remain in visual contact with each other and be able to navigate with Ride with GPS if required.

Per Club policy e-bikes (pedal assist) are welcome.
