Join us at Sir Wilfrid Laurier Park from 4:00 to 8:00 pm on Thurs. Aug. 6. We have Site #1, which is just past the Valley Zoo's large parking lot and the Park's washrooms. Our site is canopied so the picnic should be 'a go' even in the rain. Location of Laurier Park
The Birkebeiner is supplying smokies for the BBQ and condiments this year, and EBTC is bringing the buns, paper plates, cutlery, napkins and non-alcoholic beverages. Members are invited to bring appetizers, salads, desserts, other beverages if you wish. Alcohol is permitted at the picnic site but BYOB.
Partners/friends are welcome but please let us know by end of day, Aug. 5, by emailing: Cliquez ici A jar will be available for any cash donations to defray the Club's costs.
Registration closes at 11:00 p.m. on Wed. Aug.5.
