Join us for a fall ride in Parkview County -- 40 km.  

Meet in the parking lot to the east of Mvmt+ Yoga Collective at 20 Westwind Drive, Spruce Grove at 12 noon (NOTE later start). We will ride west and north from here passing by Muir Lake on our return route. Make sure you bring water and a snack if you desire.  It there is any interest, we can meet after the ride for some socializing at Talking Dog Brewing, located nearby.

All bikes except throttle e-bikes are welcome.

This is a social, no-drop ride.
