Welcome to the relaxed road series to encourage and support new cyclists, or those of you who are returning to cycling after a long time, or surgery/injury.  Our distances will progress beginning with 15 km and finishing with 30 km at the end of each month, with an average speed of 15 KPH.  There will be frequent stops, or as mandated by the riding group. We are flexible!  

The terrain will be mostly flat or gently rolling hills, and located within the city limits to start.  

Max. 15 cyclists.  This is a no drop ride with a leader and a sweep.

Goal: to build stamina/strength/confidence in a group riding environment.  Most of all FUN!

Introduce:  Use of RWGPS and to help you feel comfortable to advance to other longer rides in EBTC.

Need:  a road/mountain bike in good shape (No E-bikes), able to do 15 KPH, RWGPS APP (free with EBTC) 

If you bring a friend, notify the ride leader, bring signed waiver to the event, and present to leader.

Meet at the furthest west parking lot of Terwillegar Recreation Centre at 2051 Leger Rd NW - by the Recycling Depot.
