Description: Meet at Clifford E Lee for a 41 km ride to Spruce Park Ranch Country Store and Coffee Shop. Please park on the road to leave room for other guests.

We're not starting until 11 am this week so that we can have coffee at Spruce Park Ranch which doesn't open until noon on Sundays.

This ride will be split into 2 groups, a fitness group and a social group. This will allow riders preparing for the Tour de l’Alberta 50 km distance to ride together. The fitness group may ride at a faster pace, take fewer breaks or ride further than the social group, as decided by the group leader. Both groups will meet for coffee and socialization at the designated spot. Riders may switch groups as long as they inform the group leaders in advance of the ride.

Regardless of which group riders choose, all riders will progress to a 50 km distance prior to Tour day on July 13. The ride will continue to progress to longer distances of up to 70 km in the summer.

It is a no-drop ride. We will endeavour to have a sweep for each group, but if training riders are not able to keep up with the group, they will be asked to join the social group.

Pedal assist e-bikes are permitted, but no throttle e-bikes as per club policy.
