Where: Victoria Park Skating Oval, Edmonton, AB
Ruck On! is about walking some hills and/or stairs, best if you have a backpack with some weight. Rucking is excellent for cyclists to build strength and enjoy their riding even more.
We'll meet for a 7:00 p.m. start at the Victoria Skating Oval Parking lot on River Road. We'll head in a different direction to Ruck On for approx. 1 to 1.5 hours and, if the group so chooses, go for a coffee. Make sure to bring water.
