When: Arrive early on Sunday, March 29 to grab a coffee or tea and muffin before the AGM starts at 10:30 sharp and ends by noon. Come out to hear about 2025 and what's in planning for 2026 and to participate in EBTC's governance.
Stay for the Volunteer Appreciation Brunch (register separately): Enjoy a catered brunch, time to socialize and an informative presentation about new technologies in bikes, e-bikes and cycling gear. The brunch event, from noon to about 2:45 p.m., is offered at an EBTC-subsiized cost of $25 to non-volunteer members, paid by credit card when you register.
Come early or stay late to try on and order an EBTC jersey(s): Doors will open at 9:30 a.m. with the 'fit kit' available to try on jerseys before you order. As reported in the Newsletter, EBTC now offers long-sleeved as well as short-sleeved jerseys. The 'fit kit' will again be available after the Volunteer Appreciation Brunch.
