Meet at the Elk Island Visitor Centre for a 50 km ride through the park. You have the option to skip the ride down the hill to Lamont if you want a shorter ride. Bring a lunch to eat at the Visitor Centre after the ride.

Elk Island is busy on weekends so we will be starting at 9 am.

The ride will be split into 2 groups, a social group and a fitness group. The fitness group may ride further at the discretion of the group leader. Both groups will meet for snacks and socializing at the Visitor Centre after the ride.

Both rides are no drop.

Pedal Assist E bikes are permitted but no Throtttle E bikes as per club policy.
