These Friday rides are no drop (group up at corners/landmarks). Pedal assist ebikes are welcome. 

Meet at the Tim Hortons on Century Road (10 Westwind Drive) south of Hwy 16 in Spruce Grove at 9:45 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. start. 

Our 49 Km loop has a mix of flat and hilly terrain, with some longish climbs. Bring sufficient hydration, a snack if you wish, and $ 's for our break at the Glacier Greens Golf Course and for a post-ride coffee at Tim Hortons. RWGPS route (use is not essential)  The route can be shortened if wind, heat/cold, etc. are problematic. 

Check your email before you leave home for a Karelo cancellation email in case the ride has to be cancelled for inclement weather.. 

Remember to cancel this registration if you are unable to attend this ride. To cancel click on Change Registration at the top right corner of this email or log in to Karelo, click on My Registrations and select the ride to cancel.
