NOTE: meet at 10:30 am for a 11 am SHARP departure.

We will meet at Coronation Plaza located at 14310 - 111 Ave NW - on the east side (across 142 St from Telus World of Science). There will be two or three stops along the way for bakery items and maybe some gelato. 

The first stop will be a brief rest stop at Castledowns Park.  The first snack stop will be at Sunbake Pita for a lunch of oven baked pita and yummy sweets or gelato ice cream from Cedar Sweets next door. We’ll have a rest stop at Grand Trunk Rec Centre, then cycle towards MEC on 104 Avenue and have afternoon coffee and treats at The Art of Cake on 105 Avenue and 118 street or Duchess Bake Shop on 107 Avenue and 124 st. 

This is an approximately 35 km social ride at a relaxed pace 15 to 20 km an hour with frequent stops to regroup participants. Members may use road bikes, mountain bikes or electric pedal assist bicycles.

Bring money to purchase food items along the way. 

In the event of cancellation due to poor weather, we will proceed with the ride on the next day.  (An email will be sent to each participant, if this is the case).
