Short ’N Sweet is a relaxed Saturday morning ride of 20 to 30 km, using paved pathways and quieter roads while avoiding hills whenever possible. No group-riding experience is required, but riders should be comfortable maintaining an average speed of approximately 15 km/h and following road safety rules. This is a no-drop ride, and we aim to keep the group together.

Mechanically sound road bikes, mountain bikes, and pedal-assist e-bikes are welcome.

June 27th Ride: "Rails and Trails of the EY&P" - Travel back in history and explore the route of the Edmonton, Yukon & Pacific Railway as it wound its way through beautiful Mill Creek Ravine. We will begin at Ritchie Park and travel along a trail offering excellent views of Edmonton's downtown, then cross the Capilano Bridge to return downtown, making a stop at Edmonton's oldest bridge, the Low Level. Due to construction, we will approach Mill Creek first from the south and then from the north. This leisurely ride will feature a number of stops to discuss the fascinating history of this historic trail.

Meeting Place:  On the south side of Ritchie Park, parking on the north side of 77 Avenue.

Please try to arrive 15 minutes prior to the ride start time in order to leave at the appointed time.
