With a coolish day forecast, we're doing a favourite ride with hills. This social ride is no drop (group up at corners, stop signs, etc.). Pedal-assist ebikes welcome (no throttles). 

Meet at 9:45 for a 10:00 a.m. start at Tim Hortons, Spruce Grove and end there for post-ride coffee. We'll climb up to Dawn Valley and to Muir Lake for a bathroom/snack break - bring ample hydration and a snack. We'll return downhill. If wind or weather aren't conducive to an enjoyable ride, we can shorten the 43 km route.  RWGPS Route Map  (not essential to use)

Check your email before you leave home for a Karelo cancellation email in case the ride has to be cancelled for inclement weather..
