***The Principles of Construction Documentation (PCD) Course is a prerequisite for the Construction Contract Course (CCA).***

Course Description:

Gain mastery in Construction Contract Administration with this specialized course. Tailored for professionals engaged in construction contract administration, including Contract Administrators, Property Managers, Architects, Engineers, Contractors and more, this program provides comprehensive training to navigate the complexities of contractual management.

From understanding legal frameworks to implementing effective communication strategies, participants will acquire essential skills applicable across diverse roles and responsibilities within the construction industry.

This course is a prerequisite to obtaining the Certified Construction Contract Administrator (CCCA) designation. By enrolling, individuals not only enhance their knowledge but also open doors to expanded career opportunities and industry recognition.
