Course Description:

The Construction Contract Administrator (CCA) course is designed for those individuals involved in construction administration, including Contract Administrators, Property Managers, Architects, Engineers, Interior Designers, Speciﬁ cation Consultants, Building Authorities, and Bonding and Insurance Agencies. This course is a requirement for the Certiﬁed Construction Contract Administrator (CCCA) designation.

From understanding legal frameworks to implementing effective communication strategies, participants will acquire essential skills applicable across diverse roles and responsibilities within the construction industry.

This course is a prerequisite to obtaining the Certified Construction Contract Administrator (CCCA) designation. By enrolling, individuals not only enhance their knowledge but also open doors to expanded career opportunities and industry recognition.
