This presentation will help participants understand the basic parameters of Master Formant Division 3 - Concrete, and Division 9 - Finishes, including potential disconnects between divisions and the impact they have on floor covering installation.
Review and learn about various performance metrics required by Division 3, including FL and FF numbers. Understand the curing characteristics of concrete and costs associated with remediating out of specification slabs after finishes are placed, versus addressing it early in the construction process. Discover the cost savings that can be realized by starting with a dimensionally correct and flat subfloor from the start.
