We will be hosting the second annual PRO EDGE Ringette camp at the Jim Lind Arena and surrounding field spaces the week of July 28th to August 1, 2025. In this camp, players will be engaging in both on and off ice training sessions throughout the day. Each day will consist of two on-ice learning sessions of power skating, technical skills, and scrimmage/game skills. Off-ice sessions will focus on cross training and skill development with daily breakout groups rotating through sports nutrition, mental preparation/training, empowerment, goal setting and ringette strategy. Our NCCP certified coaches bring a wealth of knowledge to our camps with Western Canadian Ringette championship level players who have coached at competitive levels. There will also be camp councillors who stay with the group through the day and assist with campers needs. 

 

The camp will be broken into two groups, by age group. The first group will be U10/12 for players with birthdates between 2014-2017. This group will run Monday thru Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm. The second group will be U14/16 for players with birthdates between 2010-2013. This group will run Monday thru Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm.
