Principles Of Construction Documentation (PCD) Course - 2026

NOTE: This is an in-person course, unless instructor indicates otherwise. 

Course Fees: Once registered you will be contacted on payment arrangements

• CSC Members: $875.00 + Taxes and Fees
• Non-Members: $1,175.00 + Taxes and Fees

Date/Time: February Start - Dates to be confirmed - 30 hrs (3hrs per week + exam)

Principles of Construction Documentation (PCD) (Pre-requisite for other CSC courses)

The PCD is an introductory course that will enable the student to have a better understanding of construction documentation (specifications, drawings and schedules), products, bidding procedures and contracts. It is also a prerequisite to all the other CSC education courses.

Having the experience and knowledge will give you leverage in the fast paced construction industry. The course will also provide a solid base for future skills acquisition, job efficiency, position advancement, and pay increases in a convenient and easy to follow format.

Roofing and Waterproofing Expo

BEconnect has quickly grown into one of CSC London’s signature events for the local construction community. What started as a modest gathering has evolved into a multi-layered experience that brings together networking, a building envelope–focused tradeshow, hands-on demonstrations, and high-value technical education.

Each year, the event is intentionally curated to showcase the latest innovations in building enclosure systems, materials, and best practices. Vendors and product specialists have the opportunity to highlight new technologies, while designers, contractors, and consultants gain direct access to knowledge that supports better decision-making on real projects.

A key focus for CSC London is ensuring the event continues to attract new attendees and fresh vendor participation—broadening perspectives, strengthening industry relationships, and expanding the reach of the chapter within Southwestern Ontario’s construction ecosystem.

In addition to the live learning components, continuing education units (CEUs) are offered, structured as self-directed credits that participants can apply toward whichever professional association or designation they belong to. This flexibility allows attendees to tailor the educational value to their specific certification requirements, whether they are specifiers, architects, engineers, contractors, building officials, or product representatives.

BEconnect remains a cornerstone event—energizing the community, elevating building envelope knowledge, and creating space for meaningful collaboration across the industry.
